About

Built by someone who kept getting handed the clipboard

For as long as I can remember, I've been the one who ends up organizing things — birthdays, work events, volunteer nights, gatherings with no formal reason at all. Not because I set out to. Because someone has to keep track of who's coming, whether there's enough food before anyone's had a drink, where people park, and whether the room actually works the way it's supposed to.

What kept showing up

Over enough years of doing that, a pattern became hard to ignore: events that get the logistics right often feel flat, and events that feel genuinely good are often barely holding together underneath. Rarely both at once. Most of the tools built for events optimize one side of that or the other. I wanted something that didn't force the choice.

What RSVME is for

RSVME exists to take the logistics work off a host's plate quietly enough that they still have the bandwidth left to make the event actually feel like something — and to do it without treating a guest list as a growth channel. Identity, presence, and visibility stay in the guest's control, not ours.

Where we are

Right now, RSVME isn't a paid product. It's being tested against real events, including my own, before it ever becomes one. That order matters to me — the tool should earn trust before it asks for anything.
